SERVICES FOR THE WORLD SITE DAY

Today is the world site day, since I am a blogger and eye philosopher(which most people don't know) I want to share something important about your eyes and your reading online. most people spend alot of time typing and browsing on laptops and mobile devices, while this is cool and fine for the process of knowledge acquisition, which done in excess, over time, it comes with serious eye implications, which are so subtle that you might not notice it at first. myopia and computer eye syndrome are common, and long time exposure can result to cataract and ocular headaches. it is common to have a blur and double vision after typing or reading for a long time. RECOMMENDATIONS (1) make sure that your laptop's screen is bright, and you must ensure that the rooms light is switched on. (2) take your eyes away from the screen if you have been reading for long, because this will help to relax your eye muscles. (3) if you can afford it, get a screen shield. (4) never spend up to an hour on your screen without a break. (5) see an optometrist or an ophthalmologist for any eye issues.
(I hope that this will help)
